Vinyl Composite Tile Maintenance (Commercial Tile)

Daily/Weekly Maintenance:

1. Dust Mop with dust mop treatment (Solsan).
2. Apply Taski R50 with a mop and agitate or rotary scrub (Green Pad) as
   needed.
3. Mop up solution or Extract.
4. Spray Buff with Taski Ultra Spray (High Speed/Pink Pad) or P44 (Low
   Speed/White Pad)

Monthly/Quarterly Maintenance:

1. Dust Mop with Solsan.
2. Apply Taski R50 and rotary scrub with a Green Pad as needed.
3. Extract.
4. Rinse &Neutralize with Fab Set & Extract.
5. Apply 1 coat of Taski Finish.

Annual Maintenance:

1. Dust mop with Solsan
2. Apply Taski Ice It Stripper and strip off old finish with Rotary Machine
   and stripping pad.
3. Extract
4. Rinse & Neutralize with Fab Set & extract.
5. Apply 5 coats of Taski Finish.
6. Spray Buff if higher gloss is required. (Finish needs 24 Cure Time prior
   to buffing)

• Finish repairs can be made with Taski Stripo as needed.
