L.Trevino Carpet & Tile Co. was founded by Larry Trevino in 1972. Larry owned a carpet installation service before entering the Retail Flooring & Service Business. Being experienced with carpet installations and very customer service oriented, Larry knew how to serve people well. He quickly realized that most flooring companies were not providing very good service and they certainly didn't perform cleaning and maintenance services either. He saw a niche in the market place because to him it was obvious. How can you sell a product if you don't know how well it maintains. Flooring is a pretty big investment and longevity is very important. With his efforts, He made sure he didn't sell anything to a customer without it having a good track record and the customer having the information and tools to make sure they got value out of their purchase. 

In addition to service, Larry wanted to be able to tackle any problem that may come up, so he and his staff immersed themselves in education. Studying trade magazines, attending trade seminars, acquiring certifications and designations & networking with other professionals. They learned everything there was to know about different flooring, installation and cleaning techniques. As a result, the company began to solve many difficult installation and cleaning related problems that other companies just could not do.

Today, operating as a family business. L.Trevino Carpet & Tile Co. continues to operate successfully within the niche it has created for itself.
